29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:     (a) Dock: On or about January 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to trips, falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency. The breaker panel at the east end of the dock was blocked by storage.     (b)  Dock: On or about January 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to trips, falls and the hazards associated with being unable to de-energize equipment in the event of an emergency. The breaker panel at the west end of the dock was blocked by storage.     MIDWEST MOTOR EXPRESS, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311221204 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 30, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2411 PRARIE NEST DRIVE, EAST HELENA, MT 59635.
