MIDWEST MOTOR EXPRESS, INC., WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 311221204 CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MARCH 30, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2411 PRARIE NEST DRIVE, EAST HELENA, MT 59635.
