At the site, employees were exposed to uncapped, uncovered, and protruding rebar at the doorways of the building. The rebar protruded 34 inches high at the entryways of the building.  b. At the west and south side of the building, in areas where sections of the exterior wall were not in pace, uncapped, uncovered and protruding rebar exposed employees to impalement hazards while gaining access to the inside of the building.
