29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on scaffolds more than 10 feet high were not protected from falling to the lower level: a) 51 Railroad Avenue, New Brunswick, NK 08901. Employee was allowed to work on and from Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold with an incomplete fall prtection system in place in that the scaffold was missing the safety net and end rails. Condition occurred on or about 01/16/14.
