On or about January 15, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, adequate washing facilities were not available for employees whose duties included working with concrete which contained Portland Cement.  Non-alkaline soap or other neutralizing agents were not provided, thereby exposing the employees to chemical burns resulting from contact with Hexavalent chromium.
