29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: On or about January 15, 2014, the employer did not develop, implement, and maintain a written hazard communication program to describe how the company would meet the requirements of employee training, gathering material safety data sheets (MSDS) and labeling containers, exposing employees to hazardous chemicals through eye and skin contact, inhalation, and absorption. The Waterworks Auto Spa was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number: 936175, Citation Number: 01, Item Number: 02 and was affirmed as a Final Order on October 17, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at: 11201 Pecan Park Blvd. Cedar Park, TX 78613
