29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level.     a) 507 Branyan Trail (Lot #123), Milton, GA 30004; The employer did not ensure that employees working from a pump-jack scaffold system at approximately 15 feet above ground level were protected from fall hazards. Employees were wearing body harnessese that were not attached to a lanyard or anchor point.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.     a) 507 Branyan Trail (Lot #123), Milton, GA 30004; employees were not protected from eye injuries while engaged in siding activities using a Hitachi NT 65M2 Finish-Nailer at 120 p.s.i. as this tool was operated without safety glasses.  The employees were exposed to the plastic collated fragments that fire out through the sides of the gun during operation.       Andres Vazquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard   � 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 933643, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/13, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #9 Woodbridge Crossing, Subdivision 4243 Hardy Ave. Smyrna, GA 30082.
