The employees were exposed to the plastic collated fragments that fire out through the sides of the gun during operation.       Andres Vazquez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard   � 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 933643, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/13, with respect to a workplace located at Lot #9 Woodbridge Crossing, Subdivision 4243 Hardy Ave. Smyrna, GA 30082.
