29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i): The employer did not determine the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing materials (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM) at the worksite and did not exercise due diligence in complying with these requirements to inform employees about the presence and location of asbestos-containing material (ACM) and presumed asbestos containing material (PACM): Employees working in the former school building were exposed to asbestos containing material from damaged floor tiles and the employer had not excercised due diligence in determing and informing employees of the presence, quantity and location of ACM and/or PACM.
