29 CFR 1926.351(d)(2): Hot electrode holders shall not be dipped in water; to do so may expose the arc welder or cutter to electric shock. A. G2 Inc., Steel and Precast Erectors worksite located at 22761 Pemberville Rd., Luckey, Ohio: On or about January 10, 2014, the employer did not ensure employees were protected from shock hazards while operating the Miller Bobcat 250 stick welder when performing welding activities on the in-bed plates. The welder was being operated at approximately 112 Amps when the employees were recieving electrical shocks while working in damp locations.
