29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(i): During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not easily accessible to personnel or located as close as was feasible to the immediate area where sharps were used or could be reasonably anticipated to be found: Shower Rooms/Ashmont and Saint Marks Unit: The sharps container in the shower rooms were not accessible in that the openings were broken and worker could not open top to easily drop in a razor or other potentially contaminated sharp.
