29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv): Employee training did not include the details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, including an explanation of the labeling system and the material safety data sheet, and how employees can obtain and use the appropriate hazard information: (a) Facility, 1184 McClellandtown Road, McClellandtown, PA: On or about 01/16/14 employee training did not include an explanation of the details of the material safety data sheets for the products used in the work place. Employees have not been instructed on the information contained in the material safety data sheet for the products used in the work place to ensure they understood the hazards associated with the products in use and what precautions and personal protective equipment is needed for their protection. Employees work with products such as, but not limited to: hydraulic fluid, motor oils, antifreeze, brake clean, transmission fluid and propane.
