Gillette Masonry, Inc., Pump room area of Eisenhower Elementary school addition-3700 Route 957, Russell, Pa 16345, on or about January 14, 2014 and times prior thereto: Company employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Sure Klean 600. The company did not make arrangements for prompt medical attention for the jobsite in that, a suitable facility for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not available for immediate emergency use.
