The passage along an exit access led to a dead end without direct access to the designated assembly area.

JOB SITE: 1846 Yellow Rock Road, De Soto, MO 63020, On and before 1/17/2014, the employer did not provide updated Hazard Communication Training to include new labeling elements and new safety data sheet formats.  Employees were not aware of changes to safety data sheets to include, but not limited to, the use of pictograms and hazard statements.
