29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s):  1) Slitter Area - Employees were operating a Titan #14 model SR6 and serial 787 slitter machine that was not equipped with adequate guarding on all rotating parts, exposing employees to a nip point and/or amputation hazards.   2) Slitter Area - Employees were operating a Titan #15 model SR6 SG1277 and serial 96TT076 slitter machine that was not equipped with adequate guarding on all rotating parts, exposing employees to a nip point and/or amputation hazards.  3) Laminate Area - Employees were operate a Dri-Tec #221 serial 9224 laminator machine that was not adequately guarded on all rotating parts of the machine. Employees were exposed to nip point, pinch point and/or amputation hazards.
