29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(i) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15- and 20-ampere receptacles installed in bathrooms or on rooftops shall have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. In the Logistics Warehouse bathroom, a 120 volt receptacle located next to the sink did not have a Ground Fault Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI) protection.
