29 CFR 1926.850(f): During demolition operation(s), a hazard existed from fragmentation of glass: a) On or about 09/17/2014, construction workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard from large panes of glass which had not been removed from a curtain wall located at the front of a building which was being actively demolished. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
