29 CFR 1926.850(f): During demolition operation(s), a hazard existed from fragmentation of glass:   a)  On or about 09/17/2014, construction workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard from large panes of glass which had not been removed from a curtain wall located at the front of a building which was being actively demolished.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.  For the purposes of this inspection, the employer was determined to be the controlling and correcting employer of the jobsite. The employer is being cited under OSHA's Multi-Employer Workplace Policy.
