29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, including, but not limited to the items of this section: 6363 John Pershing, Omaha, NE 68110 (Site-Wide): The employer is failing to ensure that the lockout procedures used by employees to service equipment are adequately specific. The procedures had generic (not specific) steps for shutting the equipment down, and did not have specific procedures for starting the equipment up, including, but not limited to, the Pallet Washer. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.

A restart button on the G-300 Stacker B Control Panel was missing which was exposing electrical wires.
