Employees open the door to check on the progress of the work and the tooling did not stop exposing them to the rotating parts.       (b) Facility, 2637 Gipsy Road, Glen Campbell, PA:  On or about 01/22/14 point of operation guarding was not constructed to prevent contact with the danger zone on the LeBlond Makino CNC lathe in that the door interlock was not operational.  Employees open the door to use a file to manually grind off burrs exposing them to the rotating parts.
