29 CFR 1926.34(c): Means of egress was not continually maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. (a) On or about 01/16/14, at the Holleder Army Training Center, located on 515 Ridge Road, in Webster, New York, an exit door in the OMS high bay building was blocked by a cast iron sprinkler pipe and miscellaneous materials (plastic wrap and fiber glass insulation). NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
