OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees  a.  At the rear of the maintenance garage, on or about 01/22/14:  The homemade structure supporting a chain fall hoist had no rated load capacity markings.  Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazard is to:  Mark the rated load capacity on the main structure in accordance with American National Standards Institute ANSI B30.11-1973, section 11-1.1.3.  Abatememnt certification must be submitted for this item.
