Employees last used the pendant in November, 2013 for one full 8-10 hour shift to power battery charging stations for cordless drills.

A metallic box housing a snap switch that controlled the wall fan on the back wall, was missing a knock out; B. A metallic box housing a dual electrical outlet used for a mounted fan was damaged, exposing the live parts inside; and C. A metallic box housing a dual electrical outlet used for a mounted fan was damaged, exposing the live parts inside.
