The motor was located next to the A-side cleaning tank in the processing room. b. In completed installations, each outlet box shall have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. Covers of outlet boxes having holes through which flexible cord pendants pass shall be provided with bushings designed for the purpose or shall have smooth, well-rounded surfaces on which the cords may bear. a. At the site located in Marietta, Ohio the employer had a faceplate missing on an outlet box for electrical wire on the table where the milk jugs were placed in the de-bag area. b. At the site located in Marietta, Ohio the employer had a missing cover on a junction box underneath a panel board in the blow mold area.
