29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:    (a) Garman Opera House and Theater, Bellefonte Pennsylvania - Employees worked from a JLG 120 HX aerial work platform to demolish sections of the eastern exterior wall with an electric chisel and hand tools.  The employees were not wearing personal fall restraint harnesses and were exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet to the ground below, on or about January 22, 2014.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
