29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. Building 6, employees were setting bundles of plywood on top of the floor joist and cement block walls and were exposed to a 10 feet 6 inches fall hazard, in that, no fall protection was used while standing on top of the floor joist and on top of the cement block walls.

29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a. Building 6, employees were exposed to impalement hazards, in that, while setting plywood on the floor joist employees were standing right next to protruding rebar from the cement block walls which was not provided with caps to protect employees.
