29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Throughout the facility located at 605 West Lee Street, Dawson GA, - On or about, and at times prior to January 24, 2014, the employer failed to develop, implement and maintain at its workplace a written hazard communication program, containing at least how relevant information about material data sheets, warning labels and training that met the minimum safety requirements for handling chemicals such as, but were not limited to Xylene, exposing employees to chemical hazards. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
