29 CFR 1910.24(f): Treads were not reasonably slip-resistant and the nosings were not of nonslip finish. On January 23, 2014, the two flight of stairs located in the back of facility on the Southeast corner were not slip-resistant, and nosing was not anchored on stairs and the rubber was not uniform on all stairs.
