29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was each employee provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  (a) Residence: On or about January 24, 2014, and at times prior, six workers were exposed to falling from heights ranging from 9 feet to greater than 16 feet while performing residential roofing.
