Erie Contract Interiors, Inc., Southeast corner of the 1st floor of the Eisenhower High/Middle School-3700 Route 957, Russel, Pa 16345, on or about January 14, 2014 and times prior thereto:  Company employees were working with and around corrosive chemicals including, but not limited to, Ardex Feather Finish. An emergency eyewash and safety shower station was not available in the employees work area of the Southeast corner of the 1st floor of the Eisenhower High/Middle School that was in compliance with ANSI 358.1-1998 for Emergency Eyewash and Shower Equipment in that:        1.      An emergency eyewash and safety shower station that provides at least 15 minutes of flushing fluid to the eyes and/or body was not available in the area where there was potential for exposure to corrosive chemicals during handling, mixing, and application of the Ardex Feather Finish.  One approximately 4 ounce saline bottle was being utilized by the company in lieu of an eye wash and safety shower station that would be capable of providing at least 15 minutes of flushing fluid.
