(a) 4535 Wood Cove Walk, Powder Springs, Ga., On the front side of a residential home, employees were not protected from eye injuries while framing with a Pneumatic Hitachi Stick Frame Nail Gun without safety glasses.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface having an unprotected side or edge which was six or more feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal system:    a) 4535 Wood Cove Walk, Powder Springs, Ga., On the front and back sides of a residential home, three employees were working performing framing activities at heights of 24 feet 6 inches and 10 feet 7 inches above ground level, without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
