29 CFR 1910.157(g)(4): Employees who have been designated to use fire fighting equipment as a part of the emergency action plan were not provided training in the use of appropriate equipment upon initial assignment and at least annually thereafter:  a)  BVM Corporation at 430 S. Navajo St., Denver, CO 80223:  On or about January 28, 2014, the employer did not ensure that employees designated to use fire extinguishers were trained on their use at least annually.  Condition exposed employees to burn hazards.   Abatement note:  Ensure employees who are not trained in fire extinguisher use, are trained to immediately evacuate in accordance with the emergency evacuation plan.
