Condition occurred on or about January 27, 2014.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose: a) 231 Mill Road, Edison, NJ 08837: Employees were allowed to work in close proximity to electrical boxes that had missing or damaged covers, exposing them to electrical hazards: 1) Production line#2: Plug cover was damaged. 2) Production line #2: Conveyer belt motor was missing a cover. 3) Forklift charging station area: Junction box was missing a cover and electrical wires were covered with a piece of cardboard. Condition occurred on or about January 27, 2014.
