29 CFR 1910.110(c)(5)(i)(k): Containers having a water capacity greater than 2 1/2 pounds (nominal 1 pound LP-Gas capacity) connected for use were not secured in an upright position: a) Outcast Studios, LLC.: Employees (Laborers) conducted welding tasks and observed glass blowing activities in areas adjacent to a 100 pound unsecured propane cylinder placed next to the wall in the glass blowing furnace area. The employer did not ensure that the propane cylinder was secured. On or about January 27, 2014. b) Outcast Studios, LLC.: Five unsecured 100 pound propane cylinders in the foundry area were stored together and were used to fuel activities in the foundry area. A smaller 33 pound propane cylinder, which was not connected to the others was also present in the area. The employer did not ensure that the propane cylinders were secured. On or about January 27, 2014. c) Outcast Studios, LLC.: An unsecured 100 pound cylinder was present in the foundry area located near the furnace. The employer did not ensure that the propane cylinder was secured. On or about January 27, 2014.
