29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 26-30 Norwood Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10304. Employees were allowed to work on and from the roof of a two story home doing roofing rip and tear work with no fall protection systems in place. Condition occurred on or about 01/27/14.
