29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed:     a) Throughout warehouse 1 and 2: Emergency exit doors were blocked by pallets that were storing chemical products, on or about 1/29/14.     b) Carbaline warehouse: An emergency exit door was inaccessible due to the build up of ice preventing the door from opening, on or about 1/29/14.     c) Warehouse 1 : The exit route in aisles 27 to 30 leading to the emergency exit doors at the  back of the facility were blocked by parked forklifts and pallets of products, on or about 1/29/14.     d) Warehouse 2: The exit routes in aisles 17 to 21 leading to the emergency exit doors at the back of the facility were blocked by pallets of products, on or about 1/29/14.     e) Carbaline warehouse: The exit route in the first aisle used to store Stonhard products that led to the emergency exit at the back of the facility was blocked by pallets of products, on or about 1/29/14.
