29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) At the construction site, respirators, N95, were required to be used when employees cut concrete, as observed on or about January 29, 2014. As indicated by paragraphs (i - (ix) above, elements required by the program include but are not limited to: medical evaluations, fit-testing and training.
