29 CFR 1926.451(b)(6): On scaffolds where scaffold planks are abutted to create a long platform, each abutted end did not rest on a separate support surface: (a) At the Universal Project known as "Project-722" the first level platform of the scaffolding system had inadequate overlapped planking used as a replacement for an abutted section. A 10' x 9.5" manufactured plank was missing causing a 7-foot fall hazard as documented on or about January 22, 2014.
