29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) Jobsite: 840 Christian Street - Employees installing Dryvit and stucco mesh within 5 feet of the unprotected edge were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) feet without the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  Observed on or about 12/03/13.

29 CFR 1926.451(e)(1): When scaffold platforms were more than 2 feet (0.6 m) above or below a point of access, portable ladders, hook-on ladders, attachable ladders, stair towers (scaffold stairways/towers), stairway-type ladders (such as ladder stands), ramps, walkways, integral prefabricated scaffold access, or direct access from other scaffold, sturcure, personnel hoist, or similar surface was not used.        a) Jobsite: 840 Christian Street - Employees were not provided with a safe means of access and/or egress to a fabricated frame scaffold, exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately twelve (12) feet.  Employees were using the side frame of the scaffold to access and/or egress the working levels. Observed on or about 12/03/13.
