29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: Shop: 1) The puller roll pinchpoint at line 1 was not adequately guarded. 2) The belt and pulley pinchpoints at the takeup of line 1 were not enclosed by guards. 3) A motor coupling at the puller of line 1 was not guarded. 4) A motor coupling at the expansion line was not guarded. 5) The chain conveyor pinchpoints at the expansion line were not guarded.
