Employee(s) used the welding tanks to manufacturer and install iron security gates. The oxygen and acetylene tanks were stored with the gauges on them. a) The regulator gauge on the oxygen cylinder was missing the needle and the plastic cover was cracked. b) The regulator gauge on the acetylene cylinder was missing the plastic cover on the left side and the gauge was not legible.
