29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems:    JOB SITE: Edge Wild Restaurant, 550 Chesterfield Center, Chesterfield, MO 63017, at this work site, workers were observed on a 2-3 pitch roof, approximately 11 feet 6 inches, eave to ground level, actively gathering old metal roof material and were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems.  Two workers were wearing body harnesses without an anchor point and lanyard, the third worker was not wearing any form of fall protection.  The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
