29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not used in continuous lengths without splice or tap: On or about January 22, 2014, at 549 April Dr, Bldg #52, Canyon Lake, TX, the employer failed to ensure the employee was not exposed to a potential electrical shock. The extension cord was spliced and it was plugged into a Hitachi compressor. The compressor was supply air to a Bostitch air gun. The framer was installing doors.
