29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate. (a) Warehouse Supervisor Office: Employees were exposed to overhead hazards as there no posted load rating for the storage area above the Warehouse Supervisor's Office. (b) West Dock Area: Employees were exposed to overhead hazards as there was no posted load rating for the racks being used for storage above the West Dock Doors. (c) Main Shipping Office: Employees were exposed to overhead hazards as there was no posted load rating for the storage area above the Main Shippping Office.

29 CFR 1910.176(a): Where mechanical handling equipment was used, sufficient safe clearances were not allowed for aisles, at loading docks, through doorways or wherever turns or passage had to be made: (a) Warehouse: Employees were exposed to the hazard of not having adequate space to move forklifts. Storage of pallets in the aisles did not allow a minimum clearance of 3 feet wider than the largest equipment being utilized, such as, aisles AB, CD, and GH.
