29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 2-98 Eggler Ave, Galton, PA; An employee was operating a Baker Aerial Lift Model # VT-29N without the use of a body belt attached to the boom or basket. The employee used the Baker Aerial Lift to access the top of a fuel island awning that was 20 feet 7 inches above the ground, on or about 01/30/2014.
