29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: Mariano Press Somerset, NJ site - Electrical panel boxes rated 480V/3phase and 220V/ single phase that control the lights and main power to various machinery being used in the facility were blocked: a) Copier Room - The electrical panel was blocked by a desk and a copier. b) Loading dock - The electrical panels were blocked by the forklift charging station, various printing equipment and other storage containers. c) Production area - 55 gallon drums of product were stored below the electrical panels causing a tripping hazard. Condition noted on or about 1/30/2014.
