Onboard LCU 1635, Marine Railway 4 - On or about 1/29/14, where the employer required the use of respirators, the employer failed to implement the applicable section of the respiratory protection program in that employees used organic vapor cartridges for particulates. b. Onboard LCU 1635, Marine Railway 4 - On or about 1/29/14, where the employer required the use of respirators, the employer failed to implement the applicable section of the respiratory protection program in that a half mask respirator was worn by an employee who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face.
