29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) 220 Mill Road, Edison, NJ 08817 - Warehouse: Electrical panel boxes rated 600 volts or less were blocked. A minimum of 30 inches of space was not maintained. 1) Warehouse adjacent to office area: Electrical panel boxes rated at 460 volts were blocked by storage of pallets containing files. 2) Warehouse adjacent to the modular office: Electrical panel boxes supplying power to the Modular Office were blocked by a table and computers. Condition observed on or about January 31, 2014.
