NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or about 1/31/14, on the fourth floor of former Donovan State Office Bldg. under renovation, 125 Main St., Buffalo, NY: A recessed rectangular wall opening in the linen storage room contained conductors energized at 120 volts-ac. The conductors had "wire nuts" on them, but the opening was not covered. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
