29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a- 108 Albert Drive, Manahawkin NJ: Employees not supplied with any fall protection were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 25 feet to the ground surface below, when working less than six feet from unprotected edges while performing framing and other carpentry related activities. These employees had not received any fall protection training. Condition observed on or about 01/31/14. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
