29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems. On or about January 31, 2014, employees were engaged in work related activities on the club house under construction up to approximately 10 feet 6 inches high without fall protection, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
