29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: (a) Facility, 2025 Shady Plain Road, Apollo, PA: On or about 02/03/14 the distance between the abrasive wheels and the adjustable tongue guards on the Wilton 8" Bench Grinder measured 1 1/4 inches on the left wheel and 1/2" on the right wheel.
